Mr. Roboto 2.0 Mega voltage lock problem

Hi,

First my eGo-v V2 with pro tank is awesome. I am having a problem with locking the voltage. I have pressed the + and – together for 3 to 5 seconds; however, the voltage will not lock. Am I doing something wrong or? Any help would be appreciated.

I guess maybe holding them for longer, and harder?

If not come bring it by the shop and let us take a look at it?

It has to be five seconds. Try a stopwatch. I know that it is ridiculous, but I have tried multiple times and not unlocked it. I use the Mississippi method.
